In case of late delivery of the cottage, the surcharge for one hour after 12:00 will be 2000 AMD.in case of arrival before the scheduled time before 14:00, the surcharge for one hour will be 2000 AMD:
The guest is financially responsible for damaged items in the room
In case of loss of any item, the hotel is not responsible
The amount paid is non-refundable
Before leaving, the employee must accept the cottage
Smoking is not allowed in the Cottage.A fine of AMD 50,000 is provided for smoking.
